Mortlach Playground 50/50 Fundraiser

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Saskatchewan.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority #RR24-0105

    1 for $5.00;
    5 for $10.00;
    15 for $20.00;
    50 for $50.00;

    Maximum 50,000 to be sold

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: June 26, 2024 at 11:59:00 PM CST

    Draw
    50/50 draw: June 27, 2024 at 6:00:00 PM CST

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at Mortlach Memorial Hall 102 Rose Street Mortlach, SK

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://mortlachplayground.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 27, 2024.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Mortlach Community Development and Agricultural Society Inc..

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Mortlach Community Development and Agricultural Society Inc. or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Mortlach Community Development and Agricultural Society Inc. does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: vendor.mortlachsbf@gmail.com. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at vendor.mortlachsbf@gmail.com should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

Mortlach Community Development and Agricultural Society Inc. (MCDAS) is a non profit corporation that strives to build community through projects and programs that beautify and enhance the village of Mortlach. One of these projects is the Mortlach Family Park. Phase 1, the Spray Park, has been completed and now MCDAS is aiming to complete phase 2, the Playground!
